I’m delighted to share that I’ve completed the Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision, including Online and Telephone Working.
This qualification strengthens my ability to support practitioners across diverse contexts and platforms, with an emphasis on ethical, safe and effective supervision.
Why this matters
Clinical supervision is the backbone of safe, ethical practice.
By completing this advanced training, I can:
Offer supervision grounded in best practice and current ethical frameworks.
Support practitioners working face‑to‑face, online and by telephone.
Adapt supervision methods to suit diverse professional needs and learning styles.
Hold a reflective, supportive space that prioritises wellbeing, accountability and growth.
What this means for supervisees
If you’re a counsellor, coach, facilitator or practitioner seeking supervision, you can now expect:
Multi‑modal support — whether we meet in person, over video or by phone, the quality and safety remain consistent.
Enhanced reflective tools — bringing creative, systemic and trauma‑informed approaches into supervision.
Ethical depth — working with clear professional standards and accountability.
Accessibility & flexibility — options for different schedules, contexts and working styles.
New and continuing offers
1:1 Clinical Supervision — regular, structured support for practitioners at all stages.
Group Supervision — peer learning and collective reflection in small groups.
Specialist Supervision — for those working in trauma‑informed practice, leadership or cross‑cultural contexts.
My commitment
I commit to:
Ongoing CPD, training and supervision for my own practice.
Staying aligned with professional bodies’ codes of ethics.
Being transparent about scope, boundaries and referral when appropriate.
Gratitude
I want to thank my tutors, peers and mentors who challenged and encouraged me throughout this training
And to the practitioners I supervise — your commitment to reflective practice continues to inspire me.

FAQs
Do you supervise only counsellors?
No. I also work with coaches, facilitators, leaders and practitioners in adjacent fields, where supervision can be a valuable reflective practice.
Is online/telephone supervision different from in‑person?
The principles are the same — safety, ethics, reflection. The medium simply shapes how we contract and interact.
Do you offer group supervision?
Yes — I facilitate small, collaborative groups with clear agreements and boundaries.
