My approach to supervision is grounded in a Person-Centred, Integrative, and Humanistic framework, reflecting my core belief in the inherent worth of each individual and the importance of a relational, empathic, and non-judgmental space for professional growth.

I bring warmth, authenticity, and collaboration to our work together, aiming to foster a safe environment where you can explore your client work, reflect on your development, and grow in confidence and competence as a practitioner.

I work using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet), which provides a comprehensive lens for supervision by considering multiple perspectives: the client, therapist interventions, therapist process, supervisory relationship, supervisor’s own process, wider system, and parallel processes. This allows us to explore your work from systemic, relational, and intrapersonal viewpoints, ensuring a holistic and dynamic supervisory experience.

In supporting your ongoing development, I also draw upon the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) of supervision. This model recognises that supervisees move through stages of growth — from dependence to autonomy — and that supervision should adapt accordingly.

My intention is to offer a supervision space that honours your unique way of working, supports ethical and effective practice, and encourages your ongoing personal and professional evolution.

I have been passionately working within the counselling setting for 13 years and have a successful private practice, have knowledge of working within an agency setting and have an confident knowledge of working within the corporate counselling environment.

I have an extensive understanding in working with one-2-one and relationship, couple clients where extreme anxiety, low mood, attachment issues, substance misuse, trauma, personality disorders and neuro diversity are present.​​​

My supervision rates are - £60 for 60 minutes & £90 for 90 minutes.
