🌱 WEEK 1: Self-Awareness – Understanding Your Emotions
Day 1: What emotions did I feel today? What triggered each one?
Day 2: What’s one emotion I avoid or struggle to express? Why?
Day 3: What situations tend to make me feel overwhelmed?
Day 4: When was the last time I felt truly happy? What caused it?
Day 5: What is my usual reaction to stress?
Day 6: How did I feel this morning vs. how I feel right now? Why did it change?
Day 7: What thoughts or beliefs usually fuel my negative emotions?
🧘 WEEK 2: Self-Management – Handling Emotions in Healthy Ways
Day 8: What do I do when I feel angry? Does it help or hurt?
Day 9: Describe a moment I stayed calm in a tough situation. How did I do it?
Day 10: What are my go-to ways to calm down? What else could I try?
Day 11: What’s something I regret saying or doing recently? What would I do differently now?
Day 12: How well do I balance reacting emotionally vs. thinking logically?
Day 13: What is one situation I can handle better next time?
Day 14: How does my environment (space, people, noise, etc.) affect my emotions?

Day 15: Who did I connect with today, and how were they feeling?
Day 16: Have I ever judged someone unfairly? What might I have missed about their story?
Day 17: Who in my life might be struggling silently? How can I show support?
Day 18: When did someone really “get me”? What made me feel understood?
Day 19: How can I become a better listener?
Day 20: Think of someone I disagree with. What could be their perspective?
Day 21: What assumptions do I tend to make about others? How can I check them?

Day 22: What relationships feel the most meaningful in my life? Why?
Day 23: What boundaries do I need to protect my emotional well-being?
Day 24: How do I usually respond to conflict? What could I do differently?
Day 25: Who helps me grow emotionally? How can I appreciate them?
Day 26: How do I show love and appreciation to others? Could I do more of it?
Day 27: What kind of communicator am I? What would I like to improve?
Day 28: How have my emotional habits changed in the past year?
🔁 BONUS DAYS: Reflection & Renewal
Day 29: What have I learned about myself this month?
Day 30: What’s one emotional habit or mindset I want to carry forward—and one I want to leave behind?
