My low-cost counselling service offers individuals a caring, non judgemental and confidential environment to express and explore issues that may be affecting you negatively.

Free, no obligation initial meeting.

Because I understand that you may feel apprehensive about attending counselling, I offer a free no obligation initial meeting where yourself and a counsellor best suited to you can discuss your unique circumstance and look at strategies going forwards, this meeting is 100% free of charge and there is no hard sales pitch to continue attending.

Some of the issues the low-cost counselling tream tackle are - 

Anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviour, bereavement, loss of confidence, eating problems, personal development, anger management etc.

​

Please note:

Low-cost counselling places are subject to availability.

​

We pride ourselves in responding to enquiries for places quickly and efficiently - usually within 3 to 4 working days. However, depending on the demand for low-cost places, there may be a waiting period before we are able to allocate a counsellor.

​

Clients are offered up to 12 sessions at a reduced rate, this may be extended in certain circumastances.

​

If you are currently in training to be a counsellor or psychotherapist you will not be able to access the Low-Cost Counselling Service. 

​

 

LOW-COST COUNSELLING TEAM

The low-cost cost counselling team is staffed by counsellors and therapists at various stages of their training who work towards their full professional accreditation. Covered by professional indemnity insurance, counsellors have been chosen for their genuine care for people and their commitment to providing a high-quality service at an affordable price.

Counsellors work under regular clinical supervision and are members of professional bodies such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)  and adhere to their ethical framework in regards to their code of conduct in areas of ethics, practice and complaints procedures.

​

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change a session please give as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours before your booked appointment. Any cancelled, missed or changed appointments with less than 24-hour notice are charged the usual session fee.
